A. The sins of inferiors against their superiors are, all neglect of the duties required toward them;² envying at,³ contempt of,⁴ and rebellion⁵ against, their persons⁶ and places,⁷ in their lawful counsels,⁸ commands, and corrections;⁹ cursing, mocking,¹⁰ and all such refractory and scandalous carriage, as proves a shame and dishonor to them and their government.¹¹

2 Samuel 15:1-12
